I MH's idea of digestion is very different to yours. I don't want to put words into his mouth so I will tell you my idea of good digestion instead. I think to digest something properly means that the food nourishes the body without leaving accumulations and/or causing disease immediately or later in life.
I don't think the footballer diet or McDonalds qualify as digestible by that definition!
Just like obesity, over bulked up muscles are not a sign of good digestion.
Take a look at long distance runners who are more often than not very skinny and light, many are able to continue their careers well into their 40's and beyond (male and female). You don't find many bulked up footballers still playing pro at age 45, their bodies have taken a sharp downward spiral before this time. I am only generalising, but I think you will see that this is normally the case.
