Re: Plenty medical and science books on meating eating!

In fairness to Mh, I've actually read years ago in some nutritional guides written by old time holistic medical practitioners that humans are ideally designed to be "Gatherer's" , getting the bulk of our nutrition through 'gathered" nuts, seeds, berries, and hand pickable produce grown in the general region we are born in. I havnt just heard this from MH. ( I got my hands on alot of old nutritional books when I was a kid, because my mom always took us to flea markets with lots of old books.)

I think the late Rodale was one such expert who brought a similar point out in one of many books he originally wrote years ago, though he also specialized in originating Prevention magazine and started the Rodale Press (correct me if im wrong..lol) , and growing all sorts of veggies organically. I live only a few hours from the Rodale research center near Kutztown Pa and was very impressed with their organic, environmentally friendly test gardens of all sorts.
