liver flush skin breakout

I convinced my girlfriend to do her first Liver Flush for her acne, but she got a terrible flakey skin rash on her face afterwoods, I have tried telling her it was the toxins from her liver...in people's experience is this likely to happen everytime she does a flush...she is also taking Antibiotics for the acne, whcih could be part of the problem
