My ninth Liver Flush produced 9 calcified stones, 2 of them 3/4 inches long and quite thick.
this flush was the most productive since the first flush. My first flush produced 15 calcified stones. They were black and hard: these were dark green - probably a bit newer, but old and obstructive nonetheless.
I was advised early that having an ultasound after the 5th flush (my original plan) was too early, remember hanna? Now I know why. It takes these buggers, these stubborn buggers, awhile to dislodge, TO LET GO!!!!!
The point I want to make is this: HAVE PATIENCE! If we give the body the time it needs, it responds in miraculous, wonderful ways. I believe now that at some point my liver WILL flush clean, and I am willing to continue the process until that day. And then, I will flush twice a year to maintain this wonderful liver that does so much for keeping me healthy and my beautiful gallbladder which (no thanks to my medical doctor) I STILL HAVE!!!
Today, the day after the flush, 7 months after my first flush, 13 months after my first gallbladder attack, I feel content, clear, and extremely happy, energetic. I worked and ate normally, this is unusual for me as usually after a Liver Flush I need to take the day off I am so weak and I eat lightly for a few days because I'm not able to digest protein and fat. Not today - mung beans, brown rice, pumpkin seeds, oils (both olive and flaxseed), and all my beautiful vegetables with good tasting butter.
Can you tell I'm feeling high?
Stay with it, fellow flushers. You cannot go wrong, and extremely vibrant health is just around the corner.
