What shot are you referring to?

If you are referring to Depo-Provera - it can take up to a year for your horomones, and menstrual cycle to regulate. This is because "the shot" injects synthetic horomones to keep you from getting pregnant, all the while affecting your natural hormone balance. So after you stop the birth control, it takes anywhere between 6 months to a year or more for the average woman to conceive.

I would just be patient, and enjoy trying to become pregnant :o)

Also, may I suggest you increase your B vitamins including folic acid. You may also want to look into a natural health regime to suit your needs. Do your research...you are on the right track, just browse around this site and you're sure to find lots of helpful information.

You may want to start by cleansing your body - it takes time and energy but you will only reap benefits.
