Re: Biggest Choice
My parents didn't tell me ONE thing, and they are highly educated people. So guess what? I got pregnant at 18 and had an abortion! There was no Health Ed in school either, so I got my information for all the other clueless teenagers at school. I very much remember my boyfriend telling me...."You cannot get pregnant your first time" and "you can't get pregnant during your period". I'm not sure which time caused the pregnancy.
You simply cannot depend upon parents to tell you. You can't depend on the school to tell you. And you definitely cannot depend on some pimply, insecure teenage boy to tell you.
We must support those organizations who have made it their life cause to tell you. You must support Planned Parenthood, and others.
I'm sure this post will cause a whole bunch of angry posts about Planned Parenthood. Yes they support abortion, but their first job, FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE, is to educate women about BIRTH CONTROL.
That's my two cents.
