Well.. the first day is over. It was as usual... a LOT of thoughts about food... some specific dishes such as pizza... but I fought it.
Drank lots of water. I like to warm my water a little bit.
I didn't excercise yesterday, because I knew I was going to get hungry on top of the cravings.. so I'm going to start light excercise today.
I slept a lot too.. there was no one around.. and it was boring.. I didn't want to be in the "tempting areas" -kitchen or anywhere near food-. So it was a good day to start (Sat) because I was able to stay in my room most of the day.. reading or online..or sleeping
So this is the beginnig of the second day and I feel good.
So far to fight the temptaions of cravings I look at older pics of myself... and at the line of jeans that I no longer fit into =( This has been quite effective
