Yes, I did try green smoothies but am also taking a break on those because they were disrupting my sleep as well(oh, why). But I will definitely get on them as soon as I'm feeling better. Sorry, I didnt understand that question. Did you mean do I think my ilnesses are caused by sleeping too much? Then definitely no. I got sick after a particulary demanding time in my life when I was sleep deprived everyday and eating a very bad diet. At the worst of my illness I had severe insomnia where I couldnt fall asleep until 6 or 7 in the morning and then I would sleep all day. I was also taking medication for Depression which only screwed me up even more. After I changed my diet and started sleeping on a more regular schedule I started getting better. I dont know why I sleep so much. It could be that my body is doing a lot of healing, or that I missed out on so much good sleep my body is now making up for it, or it could be genetics(my mother, her aunt and grandmother are night owls and also sleep very long hours).But all I really know is that if I get less than ten hours of sleep it causes me SEVERE pain in my nervous system to the point that I'll start crying. And that is definitely not a good thing. My sleep does go down when I stay on a strict diet of the exact same things everyday but I dont always do that. Thats my main focus right now. Being very stable with my eating.
