Hi Everyone! I am new to this forum and today is my first day of fasting. I am doing good so far - and am looking forward to seeing some results soon. Right now, I weigh 196 (yuck) and would like to eventually get down to 120. I know this is a large goal, but I made intermediate goals for myself (i.e. my first goal is to be at 175, which is 21 pounds away right now). I had a few questions, that I was hoping you guys could help me with.
- What do you guys recommend for exercise? When eating, I usually do about 60 minutes of intese cardio.. should I do less since I will not being consuming nearly as many calories?
- Will I need to do more than one fast in order to lose the frist 20 lbs?
- How much should I expect to loose the first fast I do (approx. 7-10 days)?
- How much should I expect to gain back once I start eating again?
I know I have a lot of questions, so any answers you guys can provide would be greatly apprciated!
