it will make u extremely tired..
i am a big time lifter..(at least on a female level)
i wouldn't do it..it will drag u down totally..
if u do decide to do it, i would at least eat one meal a deal..a salad or something like that..otherwise ..for some strange reason u will feel sick..
now i replaced heavy lifting with heavy CARDIO and that's even better..
u'll see a huge difference..u'll burn a lot more calories..
