do you have a personal trainer there that can work with you? it sounds like you may be lifting wrong. that will make you bulk up and build the wrong shape of muscle. if you want to reduce the muscle mass you have i suggest a short Water Fast (without exercise) thats what i did. i have the tendency to add muscle fast. so i had to reduce to fat before i could reduce the fat to lean. you can do this with exercise too. but you would need someone to set you up on a program. plus with you eating solids you are not going to be losing like others. but you shouldnt be exercising that way on water for sure...and i dont think it would be the best of ideas of a juice only fast either.
