First of all I just want you all to know that while I am serious about losing weight and looking "hot" again, this challange is part tongue in cheek. Weight shouldn't dictate how hot or sexy one feels about themselves. Truly. However, the reality is that many of us would feel hotter and sexier at our ideal weights.
Today is my day one. I will be consuming mostly 0-very low carb beverages (coffee w/cream included...I know this isn't great BUT it's the only way I can fast and since my primamy goal is weightloss, I justify it). I want to get into deep fat burning ketosis and this will enable me to get there. I did this last month for 3 1/2 day and lost 7 lbs., 4 of which stayed off!
