Ok, well I will begin! I will start first thing tomorrow. I did a 3 1/2 day fast last month and lost 7 lbs (4 of which stayed off)!
I will weigh in the am and will post my stats. I'm 5'4",med. frame, weigh roughly 140 but would love to weigh 125 (ideally 120, I'd love to have a little "insurance"--that way if I have a bad couple of days I wouldn't be chubby!).
