that IS the right way to do it!especially if you are highly toxic or have a large amount of weight to do it. especially if you are not getting yourself checked out by a doctor while on the fast.

remember you STILL have to break your liquid fasts just like you would normally before just eating normally ( i consider eating raw normal, anything solid basically)


while eating raw: restock your digestive bacteria. especially if you did SWFs while on your fast. and you can exercise. exercise is key in coming of a fast to up your metabolism. be careful you dont do the whole "eyes bigger than you stomach" thing post fast. as a general rule your stomach is only as big as your fists together.
so eat lightly.
