Sorry, never meant to ignore you:) We are pretty supportive here. Well, I guess it depends on the type of partial fast you do. If you go to one of Niki's post and click on view all her messages, you will get an idea of what she ususally eats each day to stay under at least 500 cals a day. NOw that doesn't mean 2 candy bars which would equal about 500 calories and you are done for the day. Where is the nutrients in that?
