i need to loose a bit more for around same date...
you can do some juice first and then switch to water for 10 days or so and then juice again, this is a good combinaison i think and yes you can loose this amount in this time!
water is fast but then you are very slow!
hard then to move lots or do lots...you'll need much rest...
juices gives you hiiips of energy!
mc....im not fan but its good too, i mean, some really like it!
