well since i'm at work and not around a fridge, I physically ate the fresh fruit and had some water..i am kinda twirking the "juice fast", but that's the only way i'll be able to get it done at work.
i understand the hair deal..i have 3 little girls and each os about an hour to 2 hours. :-)
i'm doing good today.
i weighed myself last night at the gym and it was 158 not 160 (and yes those 2lbs make a difference lol) again my goal is about 125 130..i'm hoping to start getting in contests once i drop my weight..but for now my goal is a 5/6 wedding gown
