Nah I am not just doing water. Pretty much what I feel I suppose. So far and its only 140pm, I have ONLY drank water. Just got back from running errands and have to spend 2 hours in 15mins on my daughter's hair (which will keep me out of the kitchen:). If I get dizzy or feel "drained" then I take my juice and I do take vitamins too! Like I said yesterday I felt sick and sucked on a lollipop, but didn't affect my weight loss, so don't sweat the wheat thins or the one who ate the strawberries, at least you guys reached for GREAT things. My hand would have been on a candy bar, then some cookies, moving on to the chips! So, don't feel bad, to me you guys did great!
