Hey guys how u doing. Well im planning on doing a 40 day water fast, drinking lemon water in the morning. I plan on walking 4 miles a day, and belly dancing for an hour. If i have more energy i will do what i can. I have a lot of weight to loose. I will take this one day at a time, thus not giving myself a goal weight to reach within 40days.

Current Weight: 195 lbs
