water retention?


my weight hasnt dropped in like 2 days ish? this morning I was 2lbs lighter and now I weighed myself and im back to where I was. I havent eaten a thing still at it w/water only.

do u think i could be perhaps retaining water?

its kind of frustrating not to have eaten anything for days and the scale playing back and forth.


i am doing strength training as well.. but how could i be putting on muscle w/no protein intake?
