I suggest you get some EmergenC and keep several packs and water with you all the time. If you feel weak or dizzy, open up a packet and mix with water, it will help replenish your electrolytes and give a boost of quick energy with about 20 calories.
Avoid quick sudden movements that might affect your blood pressure and cause you to black out. Do not drive if you are dizzy or experience black out spells.
