I have found that when I have been exercising regularily beforehand and continue it I'm fine....but when I have not been and fast and introduce it the same time I"m fasting its hard.

So since you've been exercising I think ur fine...I would wait to after the first 5 days...if u feel super go for it but I think maybe eventually u shoudl cut back on the 1 hour of running....Good luck. Most importanly listen to ur body if u wake up and feel like running for an hour go for it..if u don't which some dyas u wont' then don't. :)
