Day two starts with a detox/ginger tea with a drop of habanero pepper sauce! Whew, what a kick.
Last night I did 3 miles on the stationary bike, 1 mile walking on the treadmill, and 35 minutes of weights and calisthenics.
At home, drank juice of 1.5 cucumbers, kale, white cabbage, a few carrots and lots of cilantro and ginger, and a whole unpeeled lemon. WOW!!! It's always hard to get the green veggies down, but this went down pretty easy.
This AM - pineapple juice & oranges (peeled) but I haven't had any yet (it's for my whole day at work and it's early yet.
