Just rest. That's really what you're supposed to do when you're water fasting. Move slowly and do not get up too fast. I always forgot that I was weak when I was fasting and would get up fast. No. REST. If you need, drink hot water. It really soothes you and its nice to have something different. As a last resort, you can squeeze some lime or lemon in your water.
