ohhhhh, i feel this very much, i mean i understand so well where you stand!
hopefully, now, everythings better, and the crisis is over!
but be sure that even if it's not, and if you're right now eating some croissant or brioche or whatever...just enjoy it, do not feel guilty..it takes time to get ready for a fast, well, it sometimes comes straight away but other times it's trys and trys before we succeed!
my friends just before were all right about...after 10 days, you look at food in a different way, getting detached...:-)
and also that it's not an easy path we decide to walk on but so satisfying at the end !
you can make it, this is sure but don't punish yourself if you ate, and be glad if you didn't!
be sure we can get over this food addiction, we can!!!!
it might take time, it might be our mission here to realise we deserve to be happy and not to punish and poison ourselves with all kind of
Sugar but we will succeed at the end!!!!
