I am beginning a two week Water Fast starting tomorrow. I will do 1 hour of cardio each day while on the fast. If I can do more, I will, and if I feel too weak, I will do less; but that is the average of exercise I expect to fit in daily. Don't worry I know my own limits =)
I am doing this purely for weightloss. I am 5'4" and 125 pounds, how much weight do you think I can lose in this two week period?
