Hey everyone! Okay, I've had enough of my lack of will power and my consistent weight gain. Thanksgiving probably added another 5 lbs. to my body, and I am not making any more excuses for myself. There's always this dinner, and that function, and a friend's party, and trips out of town, and the bar and I always put off my fast for one reason or another. I've noticed I've started to get ill much more easily and I'm constantly tired. It's definitely time to shed the weight and rid myself of the toxins in my body. If you want to be part of this journey, please feel free to join. I thought I'd try a new twist and do a daily text message (for those with Cell Phone s) to encourage eachother to stay strong, especially for the first few miserable days of hunger pains.
