please just be gentle with yourself. i've been doing fasts and trying to lose weight and always had this GRANDIOSE idea that'll i'll fast and i'll lose 20 pounds, and i'll do yoga and i'll eat like a champion... but what you need to do is be realistic, realistic and gentle. set realistic goals for yourself. you don't have to fast for a week starting today, start cutting back on things little by little, and implement more cleansing herbs and psyllium and bentonite, then just set a day to start and work towards it. it's VERY easy to get distracted and then beat yourself up about it all, but it's hard to do this kind of thing in the world we live in. just be confident and love yourself for the wonderful being that you are, your body will be very grateful for what you do. something that always gets me going is looking at the photo gallery here on curezone, that's motivation right there to just cleanse yourself of that putrified matter that's been in there for years. i also advise doing some journaling, write down what you want to do exactly.... "i want to start and finish a fast for 10 days" "i want to lose 20 pounds" "i want to be healthier" "i will do this!!!" self encouragement is the greatest thing you can have. maybe you can ask your parents for help through this, maybe they'll even join you, it's always great to have a partner along the way. always check in on here too for words of encouragement, the universe is here to support you in all you do!!! best of luck! i'm starting a 5 day cleanse myself next weekend, after the holiday, i just ordered some blessed herbs last night and set next weekend as the time to start. of course i hope i don't eat too much on thanksgiving.... okay, good luck!!
