i've been on a Water Fast of sorts for the pat 3 days. except, iv'e been breaking down a bit, and a couple of times i have had a spooful of ketchup (to most people its disgusting, i know, but i did this before i started fasting too...i just love the stuff!) ad i;ve also been drinking some crystal light and diet soda. i am interested in fasting purely for weight loss purposes and wanted to know if my above habits are deterring my progress at all?!?!?!
i started out sunday at 131 lbs and monday morning i weighed in at 128.5. Sadley, i weighed myself again this mornign and i was still 128.5. but then later today i started my period, and wanted to know if i could attribute the lack of weight loss to that and whether i will lose the weight when my period is over.
