Tr. y meditation and occupy your mind with reading or crafts, that is what I have been doing for 6 days, there is no hunger after 3 days at all. As for seeing the difference, my face is thinner and the small double chin is gone, it is single now :-) The rest of the body will have to wait longer. I always lose in my upper body first. So far it's been 11 pounds but a lot of it is water. I am not doing it just for weight loss but laso to reduce stress and cleanse my body.
