Hi Tina! I've found that the very best thing you can do for your skin is to drink lots and lots of water. Also, fruits such as pineapple and papaya are very helpful. Try upping your water intake to close to a gallon each day, and eat only pineapple or papaya (not both) prior to noon.
The second best thing you can do for your skin is to eliminate Sugar and products containing it from your diet. No diet sodas either.
