I am starting my fast come row. This is the first of what I hope will be many fasting exeperiences. My plan is to consume 3 litres of water or more per day, herbal teas and obviously juices. I don't own a juicer as yet (am saving for one) so am sticking to V8 juices. I am eager to see the results ... i don't mean just the physical but the other bits such as letting go of my food addictions and boredom/emotional eating. I will do my best to post each day ... and support you all on your journeys.
