Re: too much pain. i quit

HI I AM KATHY NEWBE HERE. I HAVE DONE A 17 DAY FAST AND NOW ON A 8 DAY FAST AND GOING. I started this fast as the other one because i had no where to go for advice until now. I have never experienced any pain in either fast. I believe it is because i did colonic irrigations at home. I converted a device that hooks between the shower and shower head. The hose reaches the commode so it is simply fast and easy and only 20.00 dollars at Wal Mart. I don't think i could do a fast without doing a colonic. After i do a colonic i feel so good it makes this experience so pleasant. When i started this fast before i found this site i was doing water. But i don't care if it takes three times longer [pleasant all the way]i like The Master Cleanse i learned from this site.I plan on going as long as it takes to really clean my body. It will be worth it and to me it has been very pleasant.
