i am thinking of fasting on water until i cant stand the pain.
and then go to fruit and juice a day. and then back to water.
because i really need to get rid of this pain going on and the weight.
i did lose about 7 pounds on my two day fast.
i almost feel like these smal series of fasts i am doing is speeding up my metabolism rather than slowing it down.
tonight i had:
banana
almonds
water o.j.
so far.
and then tomorrow i am going to do o.j.
and then back to water on monday.
