I would like to do a simple fast to clean out my body and to get food addictions under control IE sugar, bad carbs and caffine.
I am thinking of doing 3 days fruits a veg raw. Then going three days juice, three days water, three days juice, three days fruits and veg raw. Then slowly add in only healthy foods.
I am however not able to go off caffine all together I would like to slowly cut down my coffee addiction but would like to fast while doing so. I am hoping by the end of my15 days to have my coffee to my morning cup.
Any suggestions for my plan or another plan?
I am 5'7 153... I have always kept my weight btw 125 and 140 I was on AD's for a year and my weight and bad food addictions really increased. How much weight could i lose doing this plan and walking an hour a day?
