well, its day three..I dunno if I could actually count it as day 3 because the first day I had a bite of something or another..but the second day i abstained.
I definitely feel like i'm looking weight though.
Anyway today I had a couple bites of lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes from a salad and a few bites of chili
it wasn't a meal, of course, but I couldnt handle more than that because my stomach started aching.
