Slow Down.. breath Deep... relax and loose the alful thoughts of MIL..We all have them and they don't just go away...Focus only on you.. not what others think.. remember.. when fasting the green monster comes in many forms..from MIL's or just food saying it time to eat.. You need to do this for yourself.. Not anyone eles. or it will not work..You have to want to feel better about yourself.. not what you want other people feel about you.. It starts with you.. Only you... One thing at a time.. Relax.. Tell yourself that you feel a need to improve because YOU want to.. skin..hair..your total inside and out..Once you decide to bring this all togeather.. what others think will be passing.. Start with a one day fast is the alternate day fast. This is a 24 hour fast described praciced every other day. Some people practice this method for purposes of weight loss. You get to eat, but you eat half as much with longer periods of rest for healing and waste removal. Just don't gorge yourself on the eating days.. .. If you do something for yourself.. one thing a day.. with a fasting day you gain so much more than listening to others problems, which are not yours.. people who complain are really talking about themselves...littleone
