that is a good idea..i just wanted to go ahead and start today cause i want this weight off now!!! obviously i have tried and tried for the past month to fast and have not got past day 5..i need to loose about 30-35 pounds. but you are right, if i start today and eat saturday i will probably beat myself up; so i should start sunday. the only thought is that when i say i am going to start tomorrow; i always just go a stuff myself on "fun food" is that not sad (probably why i need to loose weight; i always say tomorrow...i exercise though; so at least that helps some..but any encouragement so i can make it past day 5 will be wonderful!!!! :)
