this is a different sort of question; but i want to try and prepare myself for next time. i was on a 30 day juice fast and only made it to day 5 (p.s. i am starting again today); the reason (or should i say my excuse) i stopped was that we were playing in a golf tournament in which those normally take up to 5-6 hours. i was running out of steam and did not even have the energy to swing a club (plus the humidity in western kentucky)so i ended up making a protein shake and then that is all she wrote; i ended up eating dinner at the club that night and so on and so forth.
my question is if you have something like this that requires a lot of energy what am i suppose to do if i am on a juice fast; or if i had been into day 10 would it have been better???
