it sounds like you loose more weight with water vs juice is that correct ( i guess that make sense since juice has more calories)
my other question is with protein drinks when you definitely need sustained energy for something? i am getting ready to play in a golf tournament this weekend ( at least a 5 jour event each day) and i live in kentucky in which it is so humid. i didn't know if 1 protein drink in the midst of my juice and water would be o.k. i am currently on day 5 of my juice fast...
