well i just have one question would it be better if i ate something small everyday just to increase calorie intake then workout like lets say i would only eat breakfast scrambled eggs then not eat anything the rest of the day an continue with my workout routine would i loose more weight that way. tha just fasting and not working out? an also what if i took a metabolism booster while fasting and still worked out, how do you think that would work? I really want to continue working out but i don't want to if nothing will happen.
