I need some encouragement please...i am on day 2 and i thought i would be nice and tell one of my friends what i was doing (juice fasting) to help her to lose weight as well...well i guess that was my first mistake casue she made me feel like i was totally messing up my body and that when i finished i would just gain all the weight back and so and so forth...i have read all the info and i told her that hopefully after i lose the weight that i don't want to put all that crap back in my body again and plus exercise will keep it off......am i right in my comments to her??? Just just kind of got me down for a little bit..
