That's terrific! You are inspirering me! I weighed 158 on the scale this morning and would LOVE to start really going down again. I have been doing locarb for the past week. I *think* I am going to fast every other day and eat SUPER strict,lean locarb(plain hardbiled eggs,small pieces of grilled salmon, etc).
Anyway, PLEASE keep up the good work! For yourself FIRST but I have to admit successes on this board really are encouraging!
