hey turtle.
Don't worry so much about eating once a day believe it or not eating just once a day you will still loose about 5 pds a week because your still not putting even close to as many cals if you were eating all day long. I also have the same problem with eating dinner just try to remind yourself that its better than doing anything thing else so don't give up or feel bad, stay strong and keep us posted.
