believe it or not your weight will fluctuate during the day depending what you drink so like they said try to only weigh yourself 1 a week that way you won't frustrate yourself and give yourself burnout. I had the same problem its so awesome because when you first start like the first 5 days you loose like 1 to 2 pds a day but when your body has a chance to get used to it your metabolism will slow down and you may only loose a 1/2 a pd a day instead of 1 to 2 but if your not seeing the results you were looking for try to add a little bit of cardio to your schedule or some resistance training that will also help burn some water weight i hope that helps a little good luck stay strong and
