stay strong you can do it. Don't worry about passing out or anything between day 4 and 5 there will be an amazing boost of energy. Bowel movements don't occore after usually day 2 you may want to think about a laxitive or an enema. If that sounds too gross you can do a salt water flush or you could try the master cleanse. and my favorite is using the herbal tees those work pertty good too. Everybody is different but when i've fasted the last time i did it for 2 weeks and dropped 30 pds, it is just a great start to a weight loos program. I do exercise moderatly durning fasting and it helps when the fast is over because you have started a habbit that you want to continue. Stay strong you can do it the third day is the worst but it is so worth it
