Thanks Samantha! May I ask how much you lifted/exerted yourself while weight training? Did you do a total body workout? I guess more so how much time? My plan was to run/walk 2-3 miles per day no matter what. After 2 weeks of fasting I was going to incorporate pilates and just some arm weights. What did you do?
Just to clarify your saying the first 40 lbs looked like 60 lbs!!!
