At last someone doing the same thing i am doing..i have not been able to make it past 1.5 days and i give up; so i did the same thing and i am going to take appetite supp for at least 5 days to get me started until the hunger pains and habit break..Also, like you i am drinking either 1 cup of coffee or 1 diet dr pepper a day...again until i can break through the first week...i am doing a juice fast and want to loose about the same as you do
I would like to make it for 30 days; cause i want to cleanse my system (after that first week of the "no-no's)Plus i am thinking if i only do this a week; my addiction will still be there
I am on day 2 and have lost 2 pounds..Let me know how you are doing as well and maybe we could be buddies together; sounds like we are after the same goal!!!
