Ok well today is day 1 on my 40 day adventure. The past 2 weeks have been terrible got hit with the pms thing (lol) and since i knew i would start today i just completely splurged. about a month ago i lost about 30 Pd's and the past 2 weeks i spent putting it back on i couldn't believe the scale this morning i was horrified. Any how, my goal weight is 135 and i'm trying to figure out what is the best way to go either pure water fast or a juice fast? I'm trying to loose about 50 pds any suggestions will be greatly appreciated Also Starting in about three days i will start my exercise routine. It will be nice to have some partners any takers?
