I believe I said I used my fast to lose the weight after eating FOR A SHORT period junk the majority of people on here eat constantly and have never gotten away from. Meaning I can go back to how I was eating and maintain it it, versus people who have yet to even try dieting as a means to lose their weight and get healthy. Put on some weight? LOL! all I read is people who have HORRIBLE DIETS to start and end with (hence why I said more overweight individuals), not just someone who put on some weight due to whatever reason the past few months. Most of the people I see on here have been struggling for QUITE some time with shitty diets. And I have yet to see many people even use the word 'excercise' in this forum, unless its to go w/fasting.
You really think if you can't put down the fork and not eat a piece of cheesecake you are going to maintain the weight after fasting? LOL! that was my case in point summed up.
